Welcome to the Tamaki Principals' Asociation.

This cluster is made up of 22 schools: Tamaki College, Tamaki Intermediate, Tamaki Primary, Glen Taylor School, Glendowie Primary, Glenbrae School, Glen Innes School, Te Kura Kaupapa O Puau Te Moana-Nui-a-Kiwa, Pt England School, Ruapotaka School, St Pius X School, St Patrick's School, Bailey Rd School, Sylvia Park School, Stanhope Rd School, Panmure District School, Sacred Heart College, Glendowie College, Penrose High School, Churchill Park School

Association Functions:

1.RTLB Cluster

This Cluster is chaired by Gael Vickers of Ruapotaka School. The function of this group is to manage the RTLB delivery across the 22 schools. The management group meets once a term to discuss cluster performance, service & issues. The RTLB cluster is divided into 3 geographic sub clusters; Pt England, Glenbrae & Bailey Rd. 2. Principal Support, Professional Development & Local Issues

The Principals' Association meeting is chaired by Russell Burt from Pt England School. The principals meet twice a term @ Panmure Yacht Club @ 7:30 a.m. for a breakfast meeting. Guest speakers and representatives from other organisations frequently attend. The local Police Commander is a valued member of our organisation. This group meets for professional development, local advocacy and mutual support. It supplies representatives to Auckkland Regional groups such as the Auckland Primary Principals' Association

3. Tamaki Truancy Service

This service is also co-ordinated and chaired by Gael Vickers of Ruapotaka School. The two truant officers work on behalf of the Tamaki Schools to ensure that children in our community are at school and not on the streets.
